Legal.
Four documents: the agreement you play under, what we do with your data, what this site keeps in your browser, and how to keep play in check. Open the one you need.
Who we are
Limitless Labs designs and builds the games. We do not hold your account, your balance or your funds โ those sit with the licensed operator you play through.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or over, or the legal age for real-money play where you live, whichever is higher. Where an operator applies a stricter limit, that limit wins.
Your operator account
Deposits, withdrawals, bonuses and account verification are handled entirely by your operator. Questions about balances or payouts go to them first.
Fair play and results
Every round is generated by our remote game server and settled independently of the outcome you would prefer. Results can be verified after settlement โ see the provably fair document.
Availability
Games may be unavailable in some jurisdictions, or during maintenance and updates. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Intellectual property
Game names, artwork, mechanics and the Limitless Labs marks belong to us and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Changes
We update these terms as the studio and its games change. The date above shows the current version.
What this covers
This policy covers data handled by Limitless Labs. Data held by the operator you play through is covered by their policy, not this one.
What we collect
Gameplay events needed to run and settle a round, plus technical data such as device type and error reports. If you write to us or sign up for drop dates, we hold the address you gave us.
Why we collect it
To run the games, settle rounds correctly, investigate faults and meet the record-keeping our licensing requires.
Who we share it with
Operators we are integrated with, and regulators or auditors where we are required to. We do not sell data.
How long we keep it
Gameplay records are kept for the period our licensing requires. Anything you sent us directly is kept until you ask us to remove it.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Write to contact@limitlesslabs.gg and we will answer.
18+ only
Real-money play is for adults. Operators verify age before you can stake, and we support that check rather than work around it.
Set your limits before you start
Decide what a session is worth to you and set a deposit or loss limit in your operator account before the first round, not after a bad one. Every operator we work with offers them.
Signs worth taking seriously
Playing longer than intended, chasing a loss, staking money set aside for something else, or hiding how much you play. Any of these is a reason to stop and use the tools below.
Taking a break
Operators offer cooling-off periods and self-exclusion, from a day to permanently. Self-exclusion applies at the operator level and we cannot override it โ that is the point of it.
Where to get help
Independent, free and confidential support exists in most jurisdictions. Your operator lists the services for your region, and their support team can point you to them. These three are not tied to any operator and will talk to you wherever you are:
BeGambleAware โ advice and a route into free treatment.
Gambling Therapy โ support in several languages, worldwide.
Gamblers Anonymous โ meetings, online and in person.
What we store
Two things, both in your browser rather than on our servers. One remembers which typeface you picked in the switcher, so the site looks the way you left it. The other remembers that you confirmed you are 18 or over, and it is cleared the moment you close the tab.
What we do not store
No advertising cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels, no profile of you. We do not know who you are, and we have nothing to sell or share about you. You never had an account with us โ accounts live with the operator you play through.
Third parties this site reaches
Typefaces are served by Google Fonts, and our host serves the pages themselves. Both see your IP address, as any site you open does, and both keep standard server logs. Neither is given anything else by us.
Clearing it
Clearing site data for this domain in your browser removes both values. Nothing breaks โ the site simply asks your age again and falls back to its default typeface.
